Every human being on Planet Earth is equally entitled to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. However, equal justice for all is an ideal not always met.
Injustice comes in many forms — unresolved crimes, wrongful incarceration, excessive punishment, malfeasance, villainy, conspiracy, favoritism, inequality, partisanship, grievance, wrongful damage or injury, breach of trust, etc.
In the course of human events, due to fate or circumstance, there are times when a gross injustice or an unresolved issue extends so far beyond the normal bounds of human decency that certain people are compelled to step forward and join the fray.
The 11 Watchers is a forum for those who wish to join the fray.

“Every human being on Planet Earth is equally entitled to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.”
EXACTLY!!! And 3 small children were robbed of that by 3 murderers….yet, there are people in this world who have an agenda of releasing those killers back into society.
Sickening isn’t it??

It is better that 10 guilty men go free than one innocent man be imprisoned.
No one has an agenda of letting killers go free. The agenda is to make sure those who are deemed to be guilty are truly guilty.

Join the “fray”? There doesn’t seem to be much going on here.
Macdonald is guilty - latest appeal denied. Is he one of the 10 guilty you are willing to let go free?
I suggest some more research on your part.
For starters: the denial of the Britt motion was most certainly not based on a technicality. The decision on the DNA was - that he needs to obtain PFA.
Also, Helena called the judge and said she was terrified of the defense AFTER the defense questioned her. Bernie tried awful hard to get her to make admissions during his questioning of her.
